Scope of Practice

The Seitai massage is entirely therapeutic and it enhances your mobility balance and activate your self-healing system on your body to reduce your tensions and pains with promoting some relaxations.

However, the Seitai massage is not a substitute for any medical care as well as the therapist do not diagnose or prescribe any specific body dysfunction or disease.

Therefore, if you have any health conditions and injuries that may need to be prevented from a treatment, it is your responsibility to check with a health care specialist or physician before making an appointment.

Rules of Conduct

The Seitai massage sessions are strictly for therapeutic purposes only and it is non-sexual in any sense. Any inappropriate behavior such as sexually evocative remarks, drug abuse, and any violent comments towards a therapist will result in immediate termination of the session and the client will also be charged for the full amounts of the appointment fees as well as a permanent ban from our practices.

Appointment Policy

Payment

We offer two payment options for your convenience. Payments can be made on the day of your appointment either via ” bank transfer” or in ” cash” . Unfortunately, we do not have a PIN machine available at the moment. Therefore, we kindly ask that you arrange payment through bank transfer or bring cash with you.

Notice of Late Arrival

To make sure that all of my clients are able to have their sessions in a timely manner, we kindly ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment. This allows us to complete a brief intake and start your session right on time.

If you arrive late for any legitimate reason, please note that only the remaining reserved time will be available for your session. If you are more than 30 minutes late, we may not be able to offer you the session itself and may ask you to reschedule. Therefore, we strongly advise you to contact us as soon as possible if you are running late.

Additionally, even if the late arrival causes your session to be shortened, you will still be required to pay the full price for the originally reserved session length. This is because the time reserved for your appointment cannot be allocated to another client on short notice, and my schedule is planned to accommodate all clients efficiently.

Notice of Cancellation & Rescheduling

To ensure that all of our clients get treated equally and punctually, Hiyori Seitai Massage applies a 24-hour cancellation policy as well as rescheduling your appointment.

If you reschedule or cancel your appointment, we would kindly ask you at least 24 hour notice before your appointment so that the agenda can be available for another client in need. In case you change, reschedule, or cancel your appointment without notifying us 24 hours before your appointment as well as you are a no-show at your appointment, you will be charged for the full amount of your appointment fees.

Refunds

Hiyori Seitai Massage does not accept any refunds for our Seitai massage service, gift vouchers, and premium packages.

If you have paid the fees of your appointment in advance and you need to cancel for any reason, the prepaid fees will not be refunded , however we keep this amount as credit for your next session. The credit is valid for the next 2 months from the cancellation date.

Gift Voucher & Premium Packages

Gift Voucher

Our massage gift voucher is available for purchase.

Our gift voucher includes;

Recipient’s name
Name of the massage service or the gift amount you purchased
Expiration date of the voucher
Booking information for the voucher

The usage of the massage gift voucher;

NOT refundable
Applies our standard appointment policies
Valid for 2 years from the date you purchase
Available only at Hiyori Seitai Massage
Not possible to combine with any other discount, packages, or gift voucher
Not redeemable to any funds

*At the moment, the online voucher is only available to be purchased by WhatsApp or email. I will send you the voucher via email only after I confirm your payment .

Hiyori Seitai Massage is not responsible for the gift voucher which is damaged , stolen , or lost by your side or at any situation.

Hiyori Premium Packages

The premium packages are available for purchase.

The usage of the package plan;

Applies our standard appointment policies (Check this page above)
Valid periods are 5 months from the day for your first appointment from the package
Available to use only at the practice of Hiyori Seitai Massage
Not possible to combine with any other discount, packages, or gift voucher
Not redeemable to any funds or as a gift voucher
Available to be purchased by WhatsApp or email
Available to be shared with other persons
